When Will My Order Ship?

How can I track my package?

We will send you a tracking number when your order ships. Your tracking number will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been shipped.

Why Can't I Track My Order On The Website?

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated.
Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try in 1-2 days later.

Why Is My Shipment Status Not Updating?

Your shipment may be delayed for many reasons. Common delays can be due to e.g. weather incidents, customs or backlogs.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We offer free returns on all our products. You have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 14 days of receiving the item.

We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
